sea atendida por la Comunidad de Propietarios, la \u00fanica v\u00eda legal de la que dispondr\u00e1s es la judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello deber\u00e1s contactar con un abogado y procurador, cuya intervenci\u00f3n es preceptiva, que ser\u00e1n quienes te asesoren, defiendan y representen en la demanda que deber\u00e1 de interponerse contra la Comunidad de Propietarios.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Los plazos de impugnaci\u00f3n de los acuerdos de la Comunidad de Propietarios, cuando el acuerdo es nulo por ser contrario a la Ley o a los Estatutos, es de 1
